Jinlong reviews material pair compatibility, interface geometry, sequential injection sequence, and temperature management. DFM feedback provided within 48 hours.
Mold Design — 2K Specific
Jinlong develops 2K mold with sequential valve gate system, isolated temperature control zones, and precision inserts for each material cavity. Designs submitted for approval.
Precision Manufacturing
Mold machined in Jinlong's tool room with specialized attention to valve gate passages, interface surfaces, and finishes on both material cavities.
2K Trial & Process Development
Trials on Jinlong's dedicated 2K dual-shot machine. Process engineers develop optimal parameters — valve gate timing, injection profiles, temperatures, cycle time. Full process documentation provided.
Sample Approval & Delivery
Samples measured on CMM with complete FAI documentation. Upon approval, mold shipped with full documentation.
