Step 1: RFQ & Drawing Review
Share your 2D/3D product drawings and target volumes. We evaluate complexity and provide a detailed quotation within 3 business days. -

Step 2: DFM Analysis & Feasibility Study
Our engineering team conducts a manufacturability review, identifying potential issues and optimization opportunities before production begins. -

Step 3: Mold Design & Customer Approval
Using SolidWorks, Pro/E, UG, or CATIA, we develop detailed mold designs including 2D/3D drawings, mold structure, and cooling layout. Designs are submitted for your approval before machining starts. -

Step 4: Mold Manufacturing
Full in-house machining: CNC, EDM, wire-cut, heat treatment, and surface finishing. Weekly project updates with photos are sent throughout the build phase. -

Step 5: Mold Assembly & Pre-shipment Inspection
Mold is assembled, lubricated, and given a full dimensional inspection before trial. -

Step 6: T1 Trial & Sample Approval
We conduct mold trials in-house using our 150+ injection machines (45T–1600T). Samples are inspected and FAI reports are submitted for your review. -

Step 7: Final Acceptance & Delivery
Once samples are approved in writing, the mold is accepted, packaged, and shipped with complete documentation including material certificates, inspection reports, and assembly drawings. -

Step 8: After-sales Support
Our relationship doesn't end at delivery. We offer mold repair, spare parts, engineering changes, and technical consulting throughout the mold's service life.
