Technical Process
Step 1: Inquiry & Drawing Review
Customer submits 2D/3D product drawings. Jinlong reviews design and provides a quotation within 3 business days.
Step 2: DFM Analysis
Jinlong conducts a complimentary DFM analysis — reviewing structural design, wall thickness, gate location, and cooling system layout. Feedback delivered within 48 hours.
Step 3: Mold Design & Approval
Mold designs developed using SolidWorks, Pro/ENGINEER, UG, CATIA, and validated with Moldflow simulation. Designs submitted for approval.
Step 4: Precision Manufacturing
Molds manufactured with high-speed CNC (up to 42,000 RPM), Charmilles EDM, and precision wire-cut. Weekly progress updates provided.
Step 5: Assembly & T1 Trial
Mold assembled and trials conducted on Jinlong's own injection machines. Samples inspected on CMM with complete FAI documentation.
Step 6: Final Acceptance & Delivery
Upon approval, mold is accepted and shipped with full documentation package.
Step 7: After-Sales Support
Mold repair, spare parts, and engineering changes supported throughout mold life.
