Established in 1985, Jinlong Electric operates a 68,000 m² production facility located in Yuyao, Zhejiang. Our site includes a 5,000 m² dedicated tool room equipped with high-performance CNC and EDM machinery.

We maintain a vertically integrated operation featuring over 150 injection molding machines ranging from 45T to 1,600T. Our facility includes two cleanroom-configured production areas and eight dedicated assembly lines to support high-volume manufacturing programs. With fixed assets exceeding USD 20 million, we have the capacity to produce 1,000 molds per year.

Q1: Do you offer standalone mold manufacturing or full OEM/ODM services?

A: We offer both. We can manufacture and ship a mold to your facility, or we can provide full-scale production including injection molding, finished product assembly, and retail packaging.
Q2: What is the typical lead time for a home appliance mold?

A: Standard tools range from 45 to 90 days from design approval to T1 samples. Large or highly complex 2K molds may require additional time, which we clarify during the quotation phase.
Q3: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: For mold manufacturing, there is no MOQ—we produce single prototype or production tools. For finished product OEM/ODM, the MOQ depends on the complexity and volume of the product. Please contact our team for a specific project evaluation.
Q4: Can you help with product design or only mold design?

A: While we primarily focus on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and mold design, our team can work from concept sketches or physical samples to develop producible 3D models and engineering drawings.
Q5: How do you handle intellectual property (IP) and mold ownership?

A: Your designs and IP are strictly protected. Once the final payment is made, the client owns the physical mold and all associated design files.
Q6: Can you handle custom branding and retail-ready packaging?

A: Yes. As part of our OEM/ODM service, we provide custom logo printing (silk screening, pad printing), custom packaging design, and multi-product kitting for direct-to-retail shipment.
Q7: Which file formats should I send for a quotation?

A: We accept 3D models in STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, Pro/E, or UG formats, as well as 2D drawings in PDF, DWG, or DXF.
